- Take an active personal role in sales to reach the given yearly sales targets for Grid Automation Sweden
- Contribute to the overall sales activities on the Swedish market within Grid Automations Segment
- Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensure knowhow sharing and cross-collaboration
- Monitoring customer and market trends to develop effective marketing activities
- Develop business relationship
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and your knowledge of customer needs
- Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager. Ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices and trading conditions
- Perform risk analysis and determine right sales price
- Follow up sales opportunities
- Collaboration with relevant internal parties
- The position involves travel within Sweden
- You hold a technical and/or business degree in relevant area, preferably combined with some years' experience with customers in the Automation Systems market
- Sales experience is meritorious
- Experience in sales planning, forecasting and budgeting
- Experience in business development is meritorious
- On a personal level, you are a self-motivated and reliable team player with an independent and result oriented working style, as well as strong communicative and collaborative skills
- You are structured, persistent and well-organized in your way of working
- You are ready to work in an international and multicultural work environment
- Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication, sales, and presentation skills.
