Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and can have a general conversation around a solution/product area.
Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets.
Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
Drives sales of specific products/ vendors if specific knowledge is required.
Provides accurate and timely quotations (SMB Managed (AS), SP/ E-Var/ SI segment, Specialists (IBM), entire AS BUs)
Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities.
Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting.
Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information.
Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions.
1-2 years of experience in Sales.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
Numerate with good attention to detail.
Excellent telephone manner
Priority management and planning skills
