    Become a part of Finance Consulting, Cloud ERP & Process Excellence

    An important part of our business is delivering complex Finance transformation enabled by the latest cloud technologies. The ERP Finance Transformation practice within Advisory Services aims to provide Finance solutions to our clients powered by technology that re-imagine the possible, bringing business value and improved user and customer experience.

    Your main tasks as an ERP Consultant

    Your role and the responsibilities you will be entrusted with varies, not only depending on the nature of the projects you may be involved in, but also based on your own experiences and interests. However, as a consultant focusing on ERP Finance Transformation you will:

  • Take part in or lead client engagements involving both colleagues from Finance and Technology and client resources, taking on the role as project manager, work stream lead, functional lead or application specialist. Sometimes driving the work from setting the transformation strategies, to supporting the full lifecycle of ERP delivery projects
  • Build strong client relationships and work together with senior colleagues to drive sales e.g. through identifying add-on sales opportunities on projects and supporting proposal work
  • Actively contribute to internal development and our ways of working. As a practice, we are always looking for ways to increase the value we bring to our clients and become an even better place to work, and we encourage our team to take initiative in order to succeed
  • Take the opportunity to involve yourself in our Global ERP Community (eg. Microsoft, Workday and SAP), bringing insights to local team and clients and participating in building competence and methodology
  • Contribute to building the team spirit, developing others (and yourself) and coaching younger colleagues. We rely on each other to learn and become better professionals, but also to enjoy our working environment and to feel motivated

    • What are we looking for in this position?

    To succeed in the role we see that you are highly analytical with a strong ability to solve complex problems. You are motivated by facing new challenges and you are comfortable with taking on responsibility. Furthermore, you have a solid track record as a high performer and you have relevant experience from working with Finance functions as a consultant or as part of the Finance function, e.g. Business Controller, Financial Controller, Business Analyst or similar. Perhaps you have worked as a functional consultant before stepping into a line role and now want to go back to being a consultant.

    You have a genuine interest in Finance transformation and interest in working with cloud based financial management systems. Previous hands-on experience in roles related to delivery of ERP projects and systems are required, and we look favorably on applicants with documented experience of Workday Financials or Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Academic degree in Management, Business, Finance or similar
  • Experience in implementing Finance ERP systems.
  • Support clients in developing their to-be business processes and Finance ERP solution/data flow as well as integration points to third party systems
  • Translating business requirements into specific system, application or process designs covering both functional and non-functional aspects
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Finance ERP transaction data flows, but also to provide knowledge, insight and support for data migration activities
  • Possess good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Manage stakeholders using clear communications and be able to form strong client relationships
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of risk in relation to ERP delivery projects
  • Work effectively within an inclusive team and actively support the development of individuals and teams, both formally and informally
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken. Fluency in Swedish will be viewed as a merit.
