- Lead, create and develop the AP/AR team
- Be responsible for the overall AP/AR processes in terms of supplier and merchant invoicing, payment matching, bank reconciliations, dunning process.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure high quality in accounting
- Be responsible for IFRS9 related bad debt provisions in collaboration with the Group Finance team
- Work very close with the FinTech department (our in-house development department responsible for tools and systems for our financial processe)s to develop and automate our AP/AR processes and systems to ensure high quality invoicing
- Together with the team; perform accurate and timely reconciliations at month-end and year-end close
- Responsible for revenue recognition and working with the Group Finance department on the treatment of new revenue streams
- Relevant university degree or equivalent
- 3-4 years experience as an accountant within the Accounts payables and/or receivables function, of which at least 1 year as a manager
- Documented leadership skills and experience
- Experience in balance sheet reconciliations within accounts receivable
- Professional fluency in both Swedish and English, written and verbal
- Experience in Netsuite is meritorious
- Knowledge of IFRS is a plus

We're fast, both in terms of parcel delivery and when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey has taken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts of continental Europe, but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. As we continue to expand our product offering to new merchants and geographic regions, our logistical network and operations are getting increasingly complex.
About the role
We're now looking for a Payables / Receivables Manager. You'll be part of our Finance team at our headquarters located in central Stockholm. You will be an integral part of a multinational organization where you will oversee the accounts payables and receivables processes for our Nordic entities (Sweden/Finland/Norway/Denmark). At month end you will be responsible, together with your team, to reconcile the balance accounts. Your work will be vital for the smooth functioning of our business entities.
Within a rapidly growing company you will be part of continuously optimizing our finance department, identifying improvements as well as developing our current processes. We have transferred to a new ERP system where you will play an important part in building up a new way of working within accounts receivables and payables. You will be collaborating with colleagues both within the finance team as well as the rest of the company both locally and cross-border.
Responsibilities and tasks
We have a close collaboration within our accounting and controlling team. As well as working with your main tasks and responsibilities you will also on occasion work as backup within other finance areas. We all work together as one big team and help each other out whenever needed.
About you
You have a couple years of experience as an AP and/or AR Manager within a multi-company group. You enjoy a humble but dynamic environment with various contact areas. Moreover, you are a diligent and independent person who values structure and teamwork.
