- Overall responsibility for the finance department, including one direct report
- Ongoing analysis, reconciliation, follow-up, reporting, forecasting
- Financial ownership for all customer-related projects
- Development and improvement of routines and processes
- Ownership of all financially related topics within the company
- Ad-hoc work related to reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Together with the HR Manager, providing support and building partnership with the outsourced payroll provider, in matters related to finance queries within salary/payroll handling
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, statistics, or similar
- Several years of work experience in finance in various positions. Experience from both accounting and controlling are considered advantageous.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and good system knowledge, experience with SAP is advantageous
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The role
As the Finance Manager at Cheil Nordic you will be overseeing the finance department and all financial aspects of the company's projects, reporting, forecasting, and audits.
Your daily tasks involve working with key performance indicators, analysis of the ongoing projects, cash-flow management, deviation analysis, reporting and forecasting. You are also responsible for monthly closings, the yearly audit and all external reporting to authorities and stakeholders. You will be the financial representative for Cheil Nordic when it comes to communication with or handling requests from the European or Global Headquarter. The Finance Department consists of the Finance Manager, one Finance Accountant and very close collaboration with our Finance team at the European Headquarter.
The role includes helping to develop, revise, and implement new working methods and/or routines. In addition, together with the CEO, act as a trusted business partner providing clear recommendations and advice on the financial KPI's and performance, towards achieving the company's goals.
