As the Group Financial Controller at Cint, your primary responsibilities include analyzing and ensuring the financial reporting accuracy of subsidiary companies. You will support business areas with accounting and reporting matters, driving improvements, efficiencies, and workflow harmonization in collaboration with the team.

Ideal candidates for this role possess a relevant academic background and prior experience in a similar position or come from an audit background in listed companies. International environment exposure is also desirable. Experience in consolidation, group reporting, and IFRS is a plus. The role crucially requires a drive for change management, process development, and system affinity, along with proficiency in Swedish and English languages.
