    MANAGING DIRECTOR - NORDICS

    We are on the lookout for a dynamic and hands-on Managing Director (MD) to establish and lead the company's operations in the Nordics.

    Reporting directly to the Group Executive Director, the MD will drive the business development initiatives and oversee the establishment and management of operations in the region.

    This role will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction in the region.

    Role & Key Responsibilities:
    Shape Business Strategy & Development

    • Lead the launch of Link Financial Group's operations in the Nordic markets including management of the outsourced servicing of its existing Swedish loan portfolios and the building out of a local team.
    • Craft and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve our organizational goals of market entry and development of a sustainable local operating platform.
    • Drive operational efficiency to enhance returns and increase shareholder value.
    • Foster business growth and sales opportunities.
    • Cultivate strong client relationships and lead teams to deliver exceptional service levels.
    Build and Manage High-Performance Teams

    • Create and lead a team to optimize collection strategies.
    • Nurture future leaders and contribute to strategic decisionmaking.
    • Cultivate a positive work environment focused on performance and development.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. Engage with Stakeholders and the Local Markets
    • Collaborate with internal teams on budget preparation and investment assessments.
    • Market to local banks and originators and support business development initiatives and due diligence processes for new LCM portfolio investments

    Success Metrics:

    • Drive revenue and profit growth and operational excellence.
    • Secure new client relationships and revenue streams

    Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated leadership in a similar financial services organization.
    • Strong track record in business development and finance including regulatory/compliance issues and business development at senior leadership level.
    • Extensive industry experience and regulatory knowledge.
    • Proven ability in driving financial improvements and business scalability.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and analytical skills.
    • Appropriate educational or professional qualifications
