- Support the control and compliance of all Accounts Payable, including supplier database management, filing and setting up payments from/to our business system.
- Customer database management, including correspondence with the Customer Experience team regarding payments and other accounting requests. Support in all Accounts Receivable and aging list.
- Day to day bank transaction updates and log the bank & other PSP transactions in our ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Controlling, collecting, bookkeeping the team- and company business card expenses.
- Compile information for monthly VAT reporting in Europe and US.
- Support with current accounts in the monthly closing process.
- Experience from working in a similar role is a merit.

As a Junior Accountant you will take on an important role in the finance team by taking on the responsibility for everyday processes and workflows. Your prime focus areas will be accounts payable, accounts receivable and VAT, but there will also be additional tasks within accounting which means that this is a perfect opportunity to gain practical experience and develop within the field. The position is a full-time employment at our HQ in Stockholm.

Responsibilities
To be considered for this role you need administrative skills, a high level of service orientation and are proficient in excel. You have completed education at University level or similar(Yrkeshögskola), within relevant field. Previous experience as financial assistant, experience from working in an international company, and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a merit.
As a person you are a fast learner with a "can-do attitude" who works with speed and accuracy. You are self-propelled, quality conscious and apply critical thinking as well as have respect for deadlines. We believe that you enjoy building relationships and strive to take part of company processes and improve quality continuously.
