    Research & Strategic Analysis är ett affärsområde inom Newsec Advisory som bland annat arbetar med att årligen ge ut ett 40-tal olika marknadsrapporter inom branschens alla segment . Rapporternas innehåll är av stor vikt för våra kunder och ger en bild av nuläge och framtid inom branschen.

    Som Sales Associate, Market Reports är du ansvarig för försäljning av Newsecs marknadsrapporter. Rollen har ett stort fokus på relationer till både befintliga och nya kunder. Arbetet kräver att du har ett högt affärsdriv, är kommunikativ, strukturerad samt öppen och social. Du är kreativ och initiativtagande till att utveckla våra kundrelationer och drivs av att arbeta i ett högpresterande team.

    Vi söker dig som har akademisk examen samt arbetat ett par år, inom försäljning eller som fastighetsmäklare. Du har erfarenhet och intresse av fastighetsbranschen samt är driven med en vilja att lära och ta för dig. Rollen rapporterar till Adam Tyrcha, Head of Research & Strategic Analysis, är på heltid och placerad på vårt kontor på Stureplan 3. För rollen tillämpar vi hybridarbete.
