We are a fast-growing company looking for a highly motivated Intern to join our team and play a crucial role in our international expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, setting up mail sequences, and analyzing conversation rates on outreach campaigns.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing, how to work effectively with tech-driven sales tools, while also developing your analytical skills.Responsibilities:
Conducting research to identify potential customers and target markets in different countries
Creating and managing mail sequences to engage and nurture leads in various regions
Analyzing conversation rates and optimizing mail sequences for better results in different markets
- Analyzing purchase behavior and marketing activities among our potential customers to identify how to improve our resultsParticipating in sales meetings and collaborating with the sales team
Providing regular reports on progress and outcomes to senior management team
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
Familiarity with sales prospecting techniques and email marketing tools
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus (e.g Finnish, German, Dutch)
Interest in technology and willingness to learn tech-driven sales tools
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Possibly enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in business or marketing
You will report to the COO and work very closely with the CEO who has extensive experience in marketing activities. This is a great opportunity to learn more about both sales, marketing and influencer marketing, and gain invaluable experience in international expansion from a data-driven perspective.
