Do you want to become Genexis new Group Accounting and Reporting Manager and work closely with the CFO, the finance team (12 people) and continuously improve upon, the processes required for compliant regulatory financial and tax reporting? Then this position might be right for you.

As Genexis Group Accounting and Reporting Manager you are responsible for the statutory financial reporting requirements of Genexis Group including consolidations, management of the annual audit process for Sweden, monthly and yearly closing process and the provision of technical accounting guidance and analysis.

You will be based at the modern office in Södermalm, Stockholm.

Key Responsibilites

• Oversight of the year-end statutory financial reporting preparation, including disclosures for 10+ Group entities
• In charge of Group consolidations at various levels for statutory reporting purposes
• Planning and communicating the year-end reporting cycle ensuring reporting and filing targets are set and met on a timely manner
• Management of the year-end financial audit process for Group and the Swedish entities, including coordination with the audit team, managing deliverables and responding to queries
• Preparation of IFRS accounts and cashflow statement.
• Management of the group's financial reporting requirements to investors on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Fulfill year-end tax reporting requirements for the Swedish entities
• Owner of the Group transfer pricing process and the Group Accounting Policy
• Other ad-hoc finance related tasks

Qualifications

• University degree in finance and accounting
• Practical experience of Group consolidations, including multi-currency considerations
• Experience from IFRS for international products companies
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Knowledge of Jeeves ERP and Cognos Controller is an extra plus
• Able to demonstrate an understanding of the commercial business and capable of developing good working relationships with individuals at all of the company
• Fluency in Swedish and English
