    We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist who will play a key role in developing Epidemic Sound's operating model.

    Job Summary:

    At Epidemic Sound, our Business Operations (BOPS) division serves as the backbone of our organization, driving efficiency and enabling success across all departments. Within BOPS, the Operations team is dedicated to crafting and implementing the Epidemic BEAT (our operating model), ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and facilitating seamless operations company-wide.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's operational landscape and setting us up to execute our strategy. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactively identifying and leading initiatives to address operational needs and challenges.
  • Building effective relationships with senior leaders and peers to prioritize opportunities, co-create solutions, and drive lasting change.
  • Continuously improving and operating the Epidemic BEAT, overseeing core processes, organizational architecture, and efficient coordination methods.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline the alignment of strategy, operating model, and business performance.
  • Educating the company on the Epidemic BEAT through onboarding sessions and recurring training.
  • Acting as an internal thought leader, including staying abreast of industry trends and best practices within operations and organizational design.

    • Requirements:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in tech/product-centric organizations, preferably SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing operational efficiency initiatives within a company-wide operating model.
  • Familiarity with best practices in operations and organizational design, particularly within tech/product-centric environments.
  • Strong bias to action and ability to translate complex needs into practical solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a history of influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Past experience in business strategy, business performance, or product development operations is advantageous.
