Nu söker vi på Clear Channel en Teamleader till våran distributionsavdelning för ett 15 månaders vikariat.
Dina arbetsuppgifter
Som arbetsledare kommer du att leda ett team bestående av sju distributionsmedarbetare och en logistikkoordinator. Du blir en del av den lokala styrgruppen för logistik, hålla i enklare one-to-one-möten, ha daglig kontakt med leverantörer och närliggande avdelningar, samt ansvara för att alla sändningar av material blir levererat. Du kommer att vara delaktig i avdelningens miljö- och kvalitetsmål, riskbedömningar och kontinuerliga förbättringar, följa upp och rapportera KPI:er, samt hantera inköp av förbrukningsmaterial och sköta andra administrativa uppgifter som hör till rollen.
Din Bakgrund
Du har arbetat med liknande uppgifter i ungefär 5 år, du uppskattar ett högt tempo och har förmågan att fatta snabba beslut. Du är drivande i att kontinuerligt förbättra ditt teams prestationer.
Dina egenskaper
Du är en social noggrann problemlösare som kan delegera och få medarbetare att växa i sina roller. Du är van användare av excel och powerpoint. Du har lätt för att lära dig nya system.
