- You have previous experience in other customer service jobs or other service-related jobs

Your Role:
As a Customer Success Agent, you'll be the friendly face behind our chat and email support.
Your mission? To ensure our users feel supported throughout their Swiftcourt journey. From legal queries to technical troubleshooting, you'll be the go-to person.
