We are a green tech company, with long experience in sustainable services. We deliver two platforms, a world leading marketplace for connecting architects and manufacturers ) and the unique sustainability platform Prodikt ), focusing on stakeholders and actors in the construction and property sector. To fuel these platforms, we are also developing BIM objects as well as EPDs. Last but not least, we are also providing a LCA software that enables a unique blockchain technology that brings supply chain and operations together in a LCA context.

We are now looking for a Italian speaking Customer Success Manager, could that be you?

What you'll be doing:

Proactively developing customer relationships in your region that promote retention and loyalty.

Work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction by ensuring value.

Provide technical support and advise customers, with the goal to keep customers satisfied, with the offered products and services.

Be the first point of contact, answering questions and solving issues in the most efficient manner for the business and the customer.

Provide training on products and services by educating customers on the flexibility and capabilities of the software so customers are encouraged to continue using the services overtime.

You will do great in this role if you have/are

Professional proficiency in Italian and English

Strong and engaging communication skills

Structured, solution-oriented and resourceful

Customer focus attitude and commercial mindset

Proactive, flexible and strong capability of working in a team as well as independently and the ability to prioritize own workload and efficiently manage your time

Eye for accuracy and ability to be analytical and technical at the same time

Experience in the construction industry is a plus

Knowledge in CRM Salesforce is a plus

Practicalities

The position is located at our headquarters in Malmö and we have a hybrid working model.
