    Application Manager – M3 (ERP) till Swegon

    Swegon har stor kompetens inom produkter för inomhusklimat samt IT-lösningar, som stöttar vår globala värdekedja från fabrik till slutkund, lösningar som till största delen supporteras av vår egen IT-organisation. Swegon har en strategi att göra nya förvärv årligen, vilket ställer höga krav på att utveckla och harmonisera bolagets IT-lösningar. Vi söker nu en medarbetare som kan komplettera vårt nuvarande M3 (ERP) team och hjälpa oss att upprätthålla den höga standarden, särskilt när vi arbetar mot att implementera en integrerad M3-lösning i Swegons bolag. Vi behöver dig som kan bidra med implementation, utveckling, förvaltning, integration och support kopplat till M3.

    OM TEAMET

    Du kommer arbeta med Swegons globala ERP (M3) installation som ansvarar för implementation, utveckling, förvaltning samt integration av andra system.

    M3 används i Swegons fabriker samt säljbolag och sjösätts kontinuerligt med målet att ersätta lokala ERP med Swegons globala lösning. M3 är integrerat med flertalet av Swegons applikationer inom sälj, service, BI, produktion, lager, med mera. Detta innebär att M3-teamets samverkan med våra IT-avdelningar är stor.

    Idag finns cirka 700 M3-användare globalt, vilket ställer höga krav på ett välfungerande och automatiserat system, varje M3-implementation görs tillsammans med verksamheten och IT.

    Du kommer arbeta tätt med 11 seniora kollegor, i en platt organisation med snabba feedback-loopar, där alla får göra sin röst hörd.

    OM ROLLEN

    Du kommer ansvara för att översätta verksamhetens krav och processer till en effektiv systemlösning inom M3. För att möjliggöra detta krävs goda kunskaper inom M3 eller liknande ERP, samt hög kompetens inom Supply Chain och Logistik. Du kommer fungera som verksamhetsutvecklare i processförändringar i samband med systemimplementation.

    Rollen innefattar inget personalansvar.

    Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar att

    • driva och ta eget ansvar inom M3, Supply Chain och Logistik.
    • utarbeta effektiva och välfungerande systemlösning tillsammans med andra applikation sägare inom IT samt verksamhetspersoner.
    • leda workshops och konfigurering inom M3.
    • bistå med support av befintlig systemlösning.
    • vara en del av Swegons M3 Cloud resa

    DINA KVALIFIKATIONER

    Eftersom du kommer arbeta kundnära behöver du vara social och ha lätt att etablera relationer. Arbetet inkluderar månatliga resor utomlands i två-tre dagar per månad, där du representerar Swegon och har stort ansvar för vår framdrift. Rollen är senior och du förväntas ta egna initiativ och vara självgående. I denna roll har rätt person möjlighet att växa och på sikt ta ansvar för hela ERP, Supply Chain & Logistics.

    Du behöver ha goda kunskaper inom

    • ERP och arbete inom Supply Chain & Logistik, gärna M3
    • Erfarenhet av att jobba med konfiguration och detaljer inom ERP
    • En gedigen bakgrund inom IT och/eller logistik med fokus på ERP
    • Goda kunskaper inom Excel och SQL Statements
    • Obehindrade kunskaper i engelska och svenska, i både tal och skrift.
