    For this position, we seek individuals with CAD design experience who are eager to take on the next step in their career.     ROLE DESCRIPTION
    For this role, we are looking for individuals with a strong passion for the automotive industry. Your tasks may include designing components for the vehicle, where you will be the professional who ensures that the customer's development project is completed with good results and satisfied stakeholders.

    You'll take on the customer's challenges as your own, leveraging your cutting-edge expertise in design. Each assignment will place you in new teams, providing opportunities to collaborate with skilled colleagues. You'll learn from them, build lasting friendships, and establish valuable contacts for life.

    You should feel comfortable with possibly taking on a leadership role, aswell as able to work cross-functionally and collaborate with others.

    You'll receive comprehensive support and coaching from both your consultant manager and ESSIQ, ensuring that you feel confident and capable in your role, and empowered to deliver excellent results.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    We are not looking for employees, we are looking for employees - for ESSIQers Below are the basic qualifications for the position, but your personality and mindset are also of great importance.

    • Engineering degree and minimum 3 years of working experience as an engineer.
    • Experience in the automotive industry
    • Specific experience of design in CAD (CATIA V5, Teamcenter in terms of models and drawings), 2D & 3D drawings
    • It's advantageous if you speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English.
