    About this position:

    In this role, you will be responsible for 7-12 software engineers working in cross-functional teams. Your primary objective will be to foster a work environment where our people and teams can thrive and perform at their best.

    Who you are:

    • You have experience in leadership and people management in engineering teams.
    • You love to build successful teams and know how to inspire others to improve.

    • You have a great understanding of team dynamics and know how to create trust and safety in the engineering teams.
    • You think lean and act Agile.

    Bonus skills:

    • Fluency in Swedish on professional working proficiency level.
    • Project & Change Management Experience.
