    Är du vår nästa Teamlead/Engineering manager?

    Kundo är ett SaaS-bolag som erbjuder Sveriges mest okrångliga kundservicesystem. Vi arbetar hårt mot målet att bli Nordens ledande helhetsleverantör av digitala kundservice-produkter. Kundservice är också en bransch i förändring där ny teknik/AI har medfört stora möjligheter till effektivisering. Det innebär att vi har en ambitiös och spännande resa framför oss där vi fortsätter att bygga ut vår produkt och skapa en plattform som stöttar innovation.

    På vår fortsatta tillväxtresa letar vi efter dig som vill ansluta till vårt fantastiska produkt och utvecklingsteam som teamlead.

    Rollen innebär:

    • Personalansvar för delar av Kundos produkt- och utvecklingsorganisation
    • Coacha och facilitera teamen i de olika utvecklingsinitiativen, i den dagliga verksamheten.
    • Driva förbättringar inom Kundos produktorganisation/way of working för att hjälpa oss nå våra vision och mål
    • Ansvara för Kundos utvecklingsprocess- och leverans
    • Stötta i olika val och beslutssituationer samt representera tech och samarbeta med olika avdelningar inom Kundo
    • Gilla att fortfarande ha fingrarna i koden och kunna bidra i våra tvärfunktionella team där vi nyutvecklar och vidareutvecklar våra tjänster.

    Vad vi söker hos dig
    För att trivas i rollen här har du antagligen dessa egenskaper:

    • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av förändringsledning/coachning/way of working
    • Minst 1 års erfarenhet av chefsansvar
    • Är en kommunikativ och duktig ledare men som fortfarande inte vill släppa utveckling helt
    • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av webbutveckling- Python (Django/FastAPI) & Javascript (React)
    • Ett starkt intresse för ledarskap och agil produktutveckling.
    • Brinna för att hjälpa team och få kollegor att växa.
