- Development and execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaborations
- Working on customer and market segmentation and defining positioning and messaging for respective customers/markets
- Guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications including digital, print and video assets
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, participating in events and providing sales support both externally and internally
- Build, maintain and conduct analytics reporting and extract insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals, budgets and recommendations on tactics
- Design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns in the Life Science field (5+ years)
- Minimum requirement of Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Marketing or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, multitasking and decision making skills
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
- Office based work 60% / home office up to 40%
- Master's Degree in Biology, Molecular Biology or Marketing
- Immunology field experience
- Single Cell, Proteomics or Spatial Genomics field experience

The Role
As a Marketing Associate at Pixelgen you will be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing activities in a start-up company with high ambitions in the Life Science research products field. This includes building awareness by developing and executing on marketing strategies to meet customer needs and maximize profits. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities as well as long term strategy, thriving in a fast paced environment. About Pixelgen
Pixelgen Technologies was founded in 2020 by a team of passionate, experienced innovators and entrepreneurs with a vision to bring a new spatial understanding to biology by mapping cell surface proteins and their spatial inter-relationships. To this end, we developed Molecular Pixelation, a DNA-based visualization technology for analyzing cell surface proteins, to gain novel insights into cellular activity that will advance better medicines and diagnostics.
