    What about the role?

    Are you ready to shake up an old industry? As a Claims Handler specified in building claims for Hedvig's insurance, you'll create outstanding insurance experiences for our customers by handling claims and answering questions via chat, phone, and email. In this role you will help customers who have suffered building damages on their property caused by water, fire or storm.

    You'll be a part of a team within our Insurance Experience Unit (IEX) at Hedvig, collaborating with other units to deliver exceptional experiences in a dynamic environment.     What about you?

    You share our ambition of reinventing the customer experience, and love to go the extra mile to make people happy.

    You have a couple of years of previous experience handling insurance claims specified for building such as water, storm and fire claims or you have a couple of years experience within the building sector.

    You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a talent for adapting your message depending on who you are talking to.

    You are a problem solver that can make thoughtful trade-offs between speed, perfection, innovation, and best practice in a fast-paced environment.

    You can find the sweet spot when balancing the need for delivering an empathetic and warm customer experience with the need for compliance and documentation (we're still an insurance company, after all).

    You are fluent in Swedish and English.

    Preferably, you have previous experience from working in Meps.
