About the job
As a digital marketing specialist you will work on a Nordic level by assisting in overall marketing, content and PR. You will be responsible for the creation, planning and execution of digital campaigns in bought media (Programmatic, Banners, Retargeting, SEM, LinkedIn) and in owned media (Marketing Automation including e-mails, newsletter and event communication, as well as LinkedIn) - generating audience and followers.
Deliver on Customer Nurture Chain in all digital channels
Track and follow up on all digital channels to meet targets using Matomo, Google Ads, LinkedIn and other tools
Coordinate in purpose, target and planning of all campaigns, bought and owned including Automatic/AI with Sales in respective countries
Support the Head of Marketing in supplier and partner relationships driving quality and development
Support the Content Creator to create a more flexible and agile organization filling production needs as they vary over time
Participate in Nordic Sales Forum as well as Country Sales & Marketing meetings
Who are we looking for?
You have strong collaboration and communication skills and the ability to balance Nordic alignment versus local adaptability. You are knowledgeable, self-driven and highly motivated.
Need to have
Academic degree in digital marketing and/or relevant experience and a successful track record from similar roles
Experience from international companies and the ability to navigate in a complex or matrix organization is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other Nordic languages as first or second language is a plus.
