As a Research Scientist inProcess Technology at Oatly you will be able to spread your wings in the field of process technology, developing new technology and processing solutions that contributes to the global technology development roadmap. You will be a key player in Oatly ́s ability to deliver next generations outstanding process technology and process control. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues in our regions and towards external suppliers and different knowledge centers world wide.
Here's what you would do,
In this role you will contribute with knowledge, know-how and expertise in process technology, with a focus on developing innovative process solutions that help create world-class products. You will be a partner and a source of know-how in process development, supporting the global product development, engineering as well as production and supply teams. Building and adding on to Oatly ́s process technology expertise, with your depth of knowledge in the area, while working cross-functionally and cross-regionally to deliver on innovation goals.

An innovative, analytical and curious person, ready to be the driving force in developing new technology and processing solutions for Oatly. You are a social and creative addition to the team. Ready to be hands on as well as structured and strategic and share your knowledge with a wide range of teammates both cross-functionally and globally throughout the company. Your mission and passion is to create, improve and streamline process solutions to contribute to Oatly's global leadership in liquid oat technology.
We would be thrilled if you also have a PhD within a relevant field. And if you really want to wow us, you have added the layer of experience in milling, separation technology, enzyme bioprocessing and/or fermentation. We would also prefer if you have experience in Project Management and/or knowledge in Experimental design. International experience is another plus.
It is necessary that you are fluent in English and a plus if you have knowledge in the Swedish language.
