    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a seasoned and enthusiastic Software Engineering Lead to lead and develop a high-performing development team that is focused on our cloud platform and associated services. Our state-of-the-art platform provides foundational technology to enable the digitization of a range of solutions that allow customers to manage Buildings in a better way.

    The team is successfully working with CI/CD where the emphasis onwards will be on developing new features and managing large amounts of data.

    The primary tech stack: .NET, C#, Angular, TypeScript, Azure, and a little bit of Go.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
    • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing development processes and enhancing product performance
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development efforts with business objectives and customer needs
    • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into our software solutions
    • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making, providing technical expertise and insights

    Required skills and experiences

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
    • Proven experience in software development, with a focus on leading and managing teams
    • Experience with .NET development technologies and frameworks
    • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices
    • Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
    • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach and a drive for continuous improvement
