- Understanding Requirements: Collaborate closely with procurement and sales teams to grasp their operational needs in areas like purchasing, sales order management, pricing, and customer management.
- Crafting Solutions: Develop comprehensive SAP solutions aligned with industry best practices, considering business needs, procurement tactics, sales strategies, and organizational goals.
- Configuring Purchasing: Customize SAP Purchasing modules to facilitate procurement operations such as purchase requisitions, orders, contracts, sourcing, and supplier assessments.
- Configuring Sales: Customize SAP Sales modules to optimize sales processes including order processing, pricing, deliveries, invoicing, and customer data management.
- Ensuring Integration: Establish seamless Define integration between SAP Purchasing and Sales modules and other SAP modules (e.g., Finance [FI], Controlling [CO], Inventory Management [IM]) and external systems (e.g., CRM systems, supplier portals) to ensure seamless data flow and process integration.
- Testing Solutions: Devise and execute thorough testing plans to validate SAP configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring functionality, data accuracy, and compliance.
- Training and Documentation: Develop user-friendly training materials, conduct training sessions, and offer ongoing support to procurement and sales teams. Document solution designs, configurations, and processes for future reference.
- User Support: Provide continuous assistance and troubleshooting to end-users regarding purchasing and sales processes, addressing queries, resolving system issues, and offering guidance on best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Sales, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience as a SAP Consultant or similar role, with expertise in SAP Purchasing and Sales modules.
- Deep understanding of SAP Purchasing and Sales functionalities, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to decipher complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders and providing support to end-users.
- Relevant certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate - Procurement or SAP Certified Application Associate - Sales and Distribution are advantageous.
