- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to financial management, accounting, controlling, and reporting processes.
- Able to design end-to-end SAP Finance solutions based on best practices and industry standards.
- Able to configure SAP Finance modules (e.g., Financial Accounting [FI], controlling [CO], Asset Accounting [AA] to meet specific business requirements.
- Define integration points between SAP Finance modules and other SAP modules.
- Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate SAP Finance configurations, customizations, and integrations, ensuring system functionality, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop end-user training materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of SAP Finance solutions.
- Document solution design, configuration, and processes for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Provide on-site and remote support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and performance enhancement within the SAP Finance landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) as an SAP Finance Consultant
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance module functionalities, including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Asset Accounting (AA), Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), and integration with other SAP modules.
- Proficiency in SAP Finance configuration, customization, data migration, testing, training, and documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successful SAP Finance implementations.
