- Handle daily shipment; package and hand over to carrier
- Hardware preparations for the shipments
- Make sure the daily processes are efficient
- Suggest larger improvements and make smaller improvements everday
- Come with insights from logistics POV
- Handle incoming returns and service and repair in an efficient way
- POC for suppliers related to logistics
- Develop with Yabie's continuous growth, abroad, with new strategies such as outsourcing/3PL etc
- Take responsibility for the projects that comes with the above
- Experience from similar logistics from education or work experience
- Experience from Point-Of-Sales work is a plus
- Experience from case handling and/or CRM-systems, preferable Salesforce, and also Microsoft Office/similar programs is a big plus
- Tech-savvy is a big plus
- Serviceminded and always strive to give the customer the best possible experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking english. Swedish is required. Other languages is a plus
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time and work in a high pace environment

THE ROLE - WHAT WE NEED
As Logistics Specialist at Yabie, you will work in an environment that is constantly developing and it's therefore important that you enjoy setting structure and enhancing existing processes. You will be the oil to the engine
You will do everything from package and send shipments to our customers and partners in Sweden as well as develop our logistics department in terms of processes as well as implement strategic improvements in line with Yabie's Objectives and ways of working. Every package is important and should be handled in an efficient and structured way. You will also onboard payment terminals and configure other hardware for the customers.
