Our gaming client is looking for a Outsourcing Manager (Producer).
Start: ASAP
Length: 6 months with possible extension
Location: Stockholm on-site 2-3 days per week
Responsibilities:
● Vendor evaluation process (documented and proven)
● Testing process
● Testing briefs + assets
● Stakeholder mapping
● Vendors shortlisted for our two projects
● Rates negotiated and broken down into a comparable format
● Own the contractual agreements for Outsourcing (teamplates, definitions, follow ups and approvals)
● Establishing our internal cost matrix for Outsourcing
● Pipelines for our two projects setup and documented
● Pipelines proven with vendors
● Roles and responsibilities detailed
● Step-by-step evolution of the project organizations to integrate Outsourcing
● Responsibilities mapped out against roles in a RACI-style matrix
● Making and conducting tests with potential vendors
● In charge of onboarding external partner
Milestones:
- Prioritized list of Vendors
Rates matrix setup
- Testing process documented and ready
- Pipelines documented
- Roles & Responsibilities defined and documented
Requirements:
5+ years of experience with relevant projects (2D/3D Art OS, Mobile, Stylized art styles)
Experience with traditional Art OS, Co-dev and Hybrid approaches to working with External partners.
Artist background a big plus
Experience with working closely with internal stakeholders (Creative Directors, AD, Lead Producers, Tech Art and internal teams)
Experience with outlining contractual agreements and setting up SOWs. Working with stakeholders in Legal, Finance and Leadership
