With a compelling suite of Sustainable Operations and Supply Chain offers, Capgemini Invent is helping organizations set a vision for sustainable transformation. We engage with partners and stakeholders across the supply chain ecosystem to drive the end-to-end transformation journey and work together with our clients in designing and implementing innovative solutions within Supply Chain related topics, from strategy to transformation. Our team supports clients across multiple sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, consumer products, and retail. As a next step in our growth journey we are looking for experienced professionals well-versed in leading projects and driving new business within Supply Chain.

As consultant with Capgemini Invent you will be responsible for

• Project deliveries. Be part of delivering exciting projects to our clients within our key business areas. Work together with our clients and our global, cross-discipline, experts to set both ambitious and realistic target states, transformational roadmaps and be part of the implementation.
• Innovation and offering development. Participate in developing our expertise, industry know-how, offerings – and develop your own skills.
• Business development. Build and maintain solid client relationships together with your senior colleagues and develop competitive value propositions, leveraging our global knowledge and expertise.
• Leadership and people development. Be an inspiring leader and role model, secure continuous development of the more junior team members and support them by providing the tools and platform to deliver above customer expectations.

The person we want to invite to join our mission:

• Has a deep content knowledge about, and passion for, Supply Chain technologies and trends.
• Has a solid advisory consulting background of 8+ years, with extensive experience of leading advisory/transformation projects and driving new business within at least one of the following domains: Supply Chain strategy projects like Network Design and Operating Model, Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) or Integrated Business Planning (IBP), Implementation of SC IT systems.
• Has experience managing large, complex programs in the context of digital transformation.
• Wants to win together with a team.
• Has an academic foundation in a relevant field.
• Has strong communication skills in English and Swedish.

In line with our trust-based culture, Capgemini Invent offers a hybrid working model, and for this role you can be based in any of our attractively located offices in Stockholm or Gothenburg, with readiness to travel to our clients' sites when needed.
