- Provide industry-specific coaching and training to client
- Brainstorm strategies for positive change and technical improvement
- Be able to analyze and research the source of technical issues.
- Give presentations and organize team meetings.
- Meet with existing clients to perform an initial assessment, discuss goals, and strategize methods for improvement.
- Solve problems through helpful recommendations and practical suggestions.
- Collect data on clients and the business through interviews, workplace shadowing and researching documents.
- 3-5 years experience working with databases (SQL and/or Oracle Server)
- 3-5 years customer facing experience in driving meetings and evaluating customer business requirements
- Knowledge of SQL commands
- Working proficiency with JAVA and J2EE applications
- Working proficiency with ETL tools such as Informatics
- Bachelors degree
- Experience in ERP/Supply Chain a plus
