    Happident växer och söker nu en Operativ chef till huvudkontoret i Göteborg.

    Happident har under de senaste åren gått igenom en fas av renodling, integration och kvalitetssäkring av verksamheten.

    Nu ställer vi oss återigen på gasen för att kunna växa snabbare, så att vi tar positionen som Sveriges mest innovativa, heltäckande och service inriktade privata tandvårdskedja där vi erbjuder den bästa tandvården till det svenska folket.

    På denna resa behöver vi nu rekrytera en Cheif Operating Officer (COO) till verksamheten, som ska vara med och driva och utveckla de befintliga, såväl som tillkommande verksamheterna inom Happident-koncernen.

    Du kommer att ha personalansvar för samtliga regionchefer och dessa kommer att direktrapporterna till dig om den dagliga driften, där du sedan säkerställer att de strategiska beslut och mål som ledningsgruppen fattat, genomförs och uppnås. Du kommer att ansvara för att den operativa verksamheten följer gällande lagar och regler, att vi verkar för en kvalitativ vård och arbetar för att stärka varumärket Happident för patienter såväl som personal.

    Vidare innebär rollen som COO totalansvar för all operativ verksamhet i Sverige. Du kommer även att ansvara för att företagets samtliga tjänster och behandlingar levereras i enlighet med verksamhetsmål, ekonomiska mål och effektivitetsmål, både på kort och lång sikt. En viktig uppgift för dig är att hitta "Optimal Solutions" och etablera enhetliga och effektiva arbetssätt i verksamheterna.

    Du kommer också att tillsammans med VD och CFO ta fram processer, strategier och åtgärder för eventuella förvärv, nyetablering samt befintliga kliniker.

    COO ansvarar även för den strategiska inriktningen för verksamhetsstyrning, tjänsteleverans och uppföljning med syfte att skapa en optimal värdekedja. Rollen innebär personalansvar för de operativt ansvariga vid företagets enheter i Sverige. COO ingår i ledningsgruppen som idag består av CFO, Head of HR och VD och som du kommer att rapportera direkt till.

    Rollen är placerad i Göteborg och det kommer att förekomma en del resor i arbetet.

    Vi söker dig som;
    *     Har erfarenhet av att driva upp och förvalta en större kedja/kluster inom en bransch.
    * Erfarenhet av hälsovård eller liknande bransch
    * Har erfarenhet av att arbeta med personalutveckling
    * Har erfarenhet av att arbeta med budget, finansiella mål och övriga KPI:er och se till att dessa uppnås
