    Arbetsbeskrivning

    Vi letar efter en Product Owner som vill växa med oss och vara en del av vårt team i Göteborg. För att passa i rollen har du flera års erfarenhet som Product Owner, här finns möjlighet att utvecklas professionellt i interaktion med några av Göteborgs mest spännande och stora kundbolag och transformationsprojekt. I rollen som Product Owner kommer en av dina centrala arbetsuppgifter vara att hjälpa våra kunder att utveckla sin digitala transformation. Som konsult hos oss på Biner, är du en del av en växande och flexibel organisation med attraktiva karriärmöjligheter och stora ambitioner.

    Utmaningen i uppdragen ligger ofta i att skapa struktur, transparens och förenkla sammanhang i en komplex miljö. I roller strävar du efter att skapa de bästa möjliga digitala lösningarna för både kund och användare. Du trivs med och motiveras av att leda arbete i agila team och som person har har stor ansvarskänsla. Det är viktigt att vara bekväm med att delegera beslutsfattande men samtidigt själv kunna ta resoluta beslut och skapa framåtrörelse när teamet kör fast. För dig är det självklart att leverera tillsammans som ett team.

    Du har:

    • Mångårig erfarenhet av rollen som Product Owner
    • Tidigare erfarenhet av att driva förändrings- och utvecklingsarbete
    • Akademisk examen i datavetenskap, civilingenjör, datateknik eller relaterade områden
    • Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift

    Det är inget krav men meriterande om har erfarenhet av agila processer eller motsvarande samt tidigare erfarenhet från konsultrollen.

    Vi ser gärna att du är en engagerad och driven Product Owner med ambition och förmåga att motivera andra samt bygga starka team. Du är också en ödmjuk lagspelare såväl som en driven ledare som kan få med sig olika typer av personer mot samma mål. Du är nyfiken och har en stark vilja att lära dig nytt, vilket du även nyttjar i din roll som Product Owner.
