    Är du skicklig i att hantera HR-uppgifter på egen hand och trivs du med att arbeta brett? Rolfs Flyg & Buss tillsammans med Solresor, två ledande svenska researrangörer, arrangerar årligen resor för över 120,000 kunder globalt. Med kontor i Göteborg och Warszawa, och med ett team på över 100 anställda, är vi nu på jakt efter en People and Culture Manager. I denna roll kommer du att samarbeta nära med hela organisationen, och hantera både operativa och strategiska uppgifter.

    Som People and Culture Manager hos oss kommer dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter att innefatta:

    • Fullständig rekryteringsprocess, från annonsdesign till search, urval, intervjuer och tester
    • Employer branding och kontinuerlig interaktion med arbetsmarknaden samt potentiella talanger
    • Stöd i organisation av team och roller
    • Successionsplanering
    • Kompetensutveckling
    • Arbetsmiljöfrågor
    • Tätt samarbete med ekonomiavdelningen
    • Driva vår företagskultur och hålla motivationen på topp

    Om dig

    • För att lyckas i rollen som hos oss ser vi att du akademisk examen inom HR eller motsvarande
    • Du har ett par års erfarenhet av arbete som HR-specialist/HR-ansvarig och trivs i en dynamisk och växande organisation
    • Tidigare har du ansvarat för att leda och utveckla HR-processer och har gedigen erfarenhet av rekrytering
    • Du är bekväm med att hantera dagliga HR-uppgifter och är skicklig på att se och ta tillvara på möjligheter till förbättringar
    • Du är välorganiserad, effektiv i att driva projekt framåt och har en naturlig förmåga att bygga relationer

    Plats och ansökan

    Denna position är baserad på vårt nya kontor i centrala Göteborg, där du blir en del av ett företag som växer och med höga ambitioner. Vi erbjuder ett vikariat på heltid till och med sista augusti 2025. Tillträdesdatum juli/ början på augusti 2024.
