    Job Description



    Sobi is looking for an experienced Business System Analyst to join our ERP & BI team at Global IS/IT who can further progress our global processes linked to the business systems. You will work with a large network of contacts in the organization, both in Sweden and globally. You will be part of a very valued team where you will contribute to shaping the future of the company. As a Business System Analyst, you will make sure that we use our business systems in the most efficient way. Your input will make a difference, and the area is of high priority

This requires well-functioning and up to date IT and business systems to support the high pace and Sobi's business strategies, and to ensure that we are fulfilling regulatory requirements applicable to the pharmaceutical industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Including but not limited to the following:

    Your primary areas of responsibility will be to further develop the use of our ERP system IFS and our serialization Track & Trace system TraceLink. You will be part of the ERP team responsible for supporting the supply and planning processes in IFS and act as a system administrator for TraceLink.

    • 1st Point of contact towards the business stakeholders regarding use and development of the supply, planning and E-release processes in our ERP system.
    • Maintain and improve existing ERP solution including system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, implementation of new functionality and integrations.
    • Project Management, lead and participate in projects and project activities.
    • Act as System Administrator for TraceLink, user management, onboarding partners, release management.
    • ITIL and compliance documentation.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years of experience of ERP systems development and maintenance, preferable IFS Applications 10 or IFS Cloud.
    • Good understanding and experience of planning and supply processes. Preferably CPIM certification or similar.
    • University Education in Computer Science and/or Engineering or similar knowledge.
    • Experience in leading projects. Preferably a PMP certification or similar.
    • Good knowledge of SQ.
    • Fluent in English. Swedish is considered a plus.
    • Experience of TraceLink or another serialization track and trace system is good but not a requirement.
    • Experience of working with validated systems, GxP, GAMP will be considered a plus, but not a requirement.
