Sobi IT is therefore now looking for a System Analyst. The position is within the IT department at Sobi HQ in Stockholm and will report to the Head of Automation and Integration. The IS/IT department is run internally with approximately 50 employees.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced System Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business and IT processes and identifying opportunities for improvement using the ServiceNow platform.

The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and IT processes to identify opportunities for improvement using the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions using ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
• Lead feasibility studies and provide business cases to system owners.
• Act as a project lead for IT-related projects.
• Coordinate activities related to changes and incidents, including user acceptance testing and business change management.
• Manage upgrades, enhancements, and third-line support cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform or other ITSM platforms.
• Proficiency in ITIL, system administration, project management, and integrations with ITSM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and automation tools like Azure Integration Services.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
