På uppdrag av ett globalt läkemedelsföretag söker vi en Market Access Manager

Din roll kommer att innebära att optimera tillgängligheten för deras produkter genom att förstå både nationella och regionala beslutsstrukturer. Dessutom kommer du att vara drivande i arbete med kvalitetssäkrande projekt och samarbeta med medicinska och samhälleliga intressenter för att övervinna hinder och maximera möjligheter. Om du är en driven och nytänkande person som vill ta chansen att arbeta för ett internationellt väletablerat läkemedelsföretag och leda det regionala arbetet för deras produkter, då är det här rollen för dig. Som Market Access Manager kommer du ingå i ett dedikerat och motiverat team som brinner för människors välmående. Du kommer arbeta tvärfunktionellt med Sales, Marketing och Medical Affairs för att säkerställa framgång. Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden

Forma affärslandskapet för att optimera nuvarande och framtida produkters potential.
Etablera och behålla strategiska relationer och samarbeten med regionala intressenter.
Arbeta självständigt och ta ansvar att driva projekt inom kvalitetsprojekt för deras läkemedel.
Utveckla och leverera lösningar, projekt, samarbetsprogram och dialoger som leder till möjligheter bland kritiska beslutsfattare.
Säkerställa strategi och taktik vid produktintroduktion genom avstämningar med vården.
Vara uppdaterad på regelverk och förändringar hos relevanta myndigheter och hur det påverkar prissättning, upphandlingar, med mera.
Följa upp landets farmakopolitiska utveckling och kan komma att representera företaget i lokala läkemedelsindustriföreningar.

Vem är du?

Akademisk utbildning eller motsvarande.
Bakgrund från apotek- eller läkemedelsbranschen.
En skicklig projektledare.
Erfarenhet från market access/försäljning av läkemedel.
Meriterande: förståelse för lokal och extern market access/policies/subventionering.
Kommersiellt tankesätt, med god förmåga att identifiera affärsmöjligheter.
Erfarenhet av att påverka/förhandla med interna och externa intressenter.
Skicklig relationsbyggare som kan skapa starka allianser och partnerskap med olika aktörer.
Strukturerad - tar ansvar, initiativ och har förmåga att arbeta självständigt.
Lagspelare med god förmåga att samarbeta.
Flytande i engelska och svenska.
B-körkort.
