- Creating and updatingcontent used by our partners and customers, following our content style guide.
- Collaborating closely with: (1) Agile teams including product owners to create both internal and external documents. (2) Content teamlead to help implement a future-proof documentation solutionby structuring information and preparing it for reuse.
- Creating and maintaining information architecture for our current product offering and preparing forthe upcoming documentation work.
- Gathering feedback from our customers to improve documentation and product functionality.
- Assisting other teams in writing, proofreading, and improving existing documentation.
- BSC or a higher degree in IT, computer science, communications, or engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in creating documentation for complex technical systems.
- Ability to translate complex information into clear and user-friendly content.
- Proficiency in using authoring tools and software such as MadCap Flare and GitLab.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience working in the technology sector such as IT or the automotive industry.
- A high level of proficiency in English.
- Great attention to details and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communicationand problem-solving skills.

About the position
As a technical writer you will be a part of our engineering department consisting of about 50 engineers. You will be the dedicated technical writer in one of our engineering teamsthat develops software for fleet control, traffic control, and integration.We work in Agile using SAFe, which means that you will participatein the team's daily stand-up meetings, sprint plannings, and demos. In parallel you will also be a part of the content community of practice (content CoP)with the other technical writers.
