- Build longterm relationships with food service customers to drive the shift toward plantbased
- Find new ways for trials and scale effect
- Work agile and moldable when opportunities arise
- Be the bridge between Oatly wholesale end customers and consumers
- Cooperation within the Nordic commercial team
- Responsible for food service wholesalers and convenience sales in Sweden
- Responsible for developing strategies and plans with existing and new customers
- Take part and feed into the innovation process
- Look for opportunities to expand visibility via special event and concept strategies.
- Participate in local and national sales and marketing conferences meetings and fairs within the local market
- Responsible for sales forecasts within the area
- Have a good understanding of the dynamics of the OOH channel and consumer and the ability to turn that understanding into scalable strategies and actions
- Have the ability to both handle longterm OOH relationships and develop new cooperations and concepts
- Be able to bridge a commercial mindset with the inherent brand and marketing dynamics of the OOH channel
- Cooperation within the Nordic commercial team: finance supply retail brand lead
- Enjoy working in a Nordic setup with crossborder cooperation
- Probably have 510 years of professional experience and a background from OHH/Foodservice (either from supplier or customer side) in Sweden.
- Youre a selfstarter who doesnt need direct supervision to motivate you for success we believe strongly in building a culture of individual accountability and ownership and need partners that can embrace that mentality
- Youre ready to make your mark in a growing brand leveraging your experience to deliver amazing results and build an outstanding company
- Strategic mindset with the experience of having planned developed and executed a national multichannel strategy
