    Qliro is all about safe and simple payments. We are a payment provider who loves to help customers make online purchases. We are also a dedicated payment partner to our merchants who serve customers daily. Since our start in 2014, we've become one of the most loved payment providers in the Nordics, working with some of the largest e-commerce companies to provide safe and simple payments.

    We are now recruiting for Head of Compliance who will ensure the continued compliance of our business operations in a highly regulated landscape while continuing our growth journey.

    Your responsibility as Head of Compliance includes:

    • Controlling, monitoring and ensuring required permits and licenses for the business and ensuring that the business is at all times conducted in accordance with the rules applicable to the licensed operations.
    • Controlling and monitoring application of relevant rules relating to customer- and consumer protection.
    • Monitoring of operational work to counter money laundering and terrorist financing.
    • Regular reporting to Qliro's board and management regarding applicable external and internal rules and regulations.
    • Support the organization in all matters relating to compliance with external and internal rules and regulations, assisting the business to ensure internal governance and control.

    We are looking for someone who has deep knowledge in compliance for financial institutions but still understands the nature of a fast-paced fintech company. You possess a strong business understanding and are used to handling multiple stakeholders from all parts of the organization, including reporting to the board.

    We believe that you have the following experience:

    • 4-5 years of experience working with compliance-related matters in a similar context
    • Experience from positions within licensed companies in the finance industry, or equivalent
    • Knowledge and experience in payment regulations, such as PSD2 and PSD3/PSR.
    • Knowledge and experience of regulatory requirements and controls, such as payment regulations, rules and regulations applicable to a listed company (such as stock exchange requirements and MAR), financial regulations (including applicable FFFS regulations), AML and GDPR
    • Academic degree, preferably in law
    • Knowledge and experience in data protection are considered a plus.
