For our client we are looking for a Technical Specialist for SAPBackground and description of assignment:
In this position, you are part of a new dedicated infrastructure team that supports our SAP platform, by delivering high availability, stability and the right performance.
The team is responsible for architecture, and the complete planning and operation of our SAP infrastructure, VMware clusters, application and database servers on both MS Windows server and SUSE Linux, MS SQL and SAP HANA.
Life cycle management, Capacity planning, Storage and backup as well. You work tightly together with our SAP Basis team, to optimize the infrastructure for running SAP.To ensure successful delivery now and in the future, we make sure that our technology is up to date – both in conducting studies and implementing new procedures and techniques and in the selection of hardware, software and supplies.
Personal requirements:
We're looking for someone with a degree in Computer Science, or equivalent knowledge gained from experience. Willing to learn and work in new areas of competence. You as a person is important. We ́re looking for a team player with a positive attitude who sees possibilities instead of obstacles.
In this position you have a great opportunity to shape your future and gain competences in new areas of infrastructure operations and products.
You have a solid background or a genuine interest from our field and experience of the products we use operationally.
As we're located in Sweden and act on the global stage, your skills in both Swedish and English must be advanced, verbally and in writing.
