- Underhåll av vagnar och dialog med ECM samt serviceverkstad.
- Säkerställa att vi följer vårt säkerhetstyrningssystem och är Hitachi Energy ́s Infrastrukturförvaltare.
- Arbetar strategiskt med regelverk och håller dig uppdaterad om vad som påverkar våra vagnar och järnvägsverksamhet.
- Dokumentation av åtgärder, underhåll, kontroller och planer enligt Hitachi Energy's säkerhetssyrningsystem.
- Löpande samordning med tågoperatörer och servicepartners för att säkerställa att vagnarna i gott skick och att de servas korrekt inför lastningar.
- Samordning och riskbedömningar på våra sällansiter.
- Uppdatera och administrera våra samordningsplaner samt ansvarar för övrig utrustning för våra vagnar, såsom lyftredskap och konsoler.
- För att trivas i rollen ser vi att du har minst 3 års arbetslivserfarenhet inom områden som godstransport, skeppning, tungtransporter, järnvägsinfrastruktur eller liknande.
- Du har kunskap i Excel och övriga Microsoft Office program.
- Vi söker dig som trivs med att arbeta självständigt och strukturerat, både när det gäller administrativa och praktiska arbetsuppgifter.
- Som person har du lätt att se till helheten och är lösningsorienterad.
- Eftersom du kommer att ha kontakt med många olika parter är det viktigt att du behärskar både engelska och svenska i tal såväl skrift.

Vårt transportteam växer Vi behöver dig som vill hjälpa oss fortsätta möta efterfrågan och säkra våra transporter av transformatorer, samtidigt som du djupdyker i nya krav och regler inom infrastrukturen. Arbetet med våra vagnar och infrastruktur är en avgörande del av våra leveransprojekt, och här kommer du att spela en central roll i det framtida arbetet.
Som Fleet Manager hos oss har du en unik möjlighet att forma och prägla din roll. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden omfattar vår järnvägsvagnsflotta och industrispår. Det innebär att du ansvarar för att vagnarna följer underhållsplanen, är i gott skick och att dokumentationen är korrekt. Du kommer att samarbeta med andra i transportteamet samt ha nära kontakt med våra tågoperatörer och serviceorganisationer. Rollen innefattar även infrastrukturansvar, där du säkerställer att vi följer de regler och förordningar som gäller för lastningar.
Vi söker dig med inre drivkraft för kontinuerlig förbättring, trivs med eget ansvar och att ta egna initiativ, samtidigt som du finner kombinationen av administrativa såväl som praktiska arbetsuppgifter.
