    Rollen
    I rollen som BDR så får du en unik inblick hur det är att sälja komplexa IT-lösningar B2B samtidigt som du blir specialist på de tidiga faserna inom försäljning, som gränsar till arbetet som vår marknadsavdelning gör.

    På Exsitecs sälj- och marknadsavdelning så jobbar vi med de mest eftertraktade verktygen och syftet med denna roll är att med dessa verktyg säkerställa en stabil leadsgenerering, förstklassig marknadsföring och ökad försäljning i takt med våra tillväxtmål.

    Som en del av vårt BDR-team så får du tillgång till alla dessa verktyg, stor expertis inom leadsgenerering och du kommer också få lära dig mycket om vår breda produktflora. Till vardags hjälper du oss att identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter både på befintlig kund och hos nya kontakter genom att påvisa affärsnyttan med våra produkter.

    Vårt BDR-team består av digitala kameleonter som behärskar vårt CRM (Hubspot) fullt ut och som skapar krispiga dialoger i alla relevanta kanaler. Vi ger dig chansen att starta, eller ta nästa kliv i din säljkarriär, i rollen som BDR och ett nästa steg kan mycket väl vara som affärsutvecklare i något av våra IT-säljteam.

    Vem är du

    För att lyckas i den här rollen så krävs en stark kommunikativ förmåga, skriftlig som muntlig, eftersom du förväntas ta kontakt med många företag. Vi tror också att du är lyhörd, nyfiken och är resultatdriven.

    Kanske har du läst en YH-utbildning inom försäljning? Eller också har du annan relevant arbetslivserfarenhet eller eftergymnasial utbildning. Oavsett så är det viktigaste för oss din inställning och att du har ett intresse av att lära dig mer om IT och digitala lösningar.

    Som person ser vi att du är orädd, ihärdig, relationsskapande och har en stark vilja att nå uppsatta mål. Bakom dig står ett team av engagerade kollegor som stöttar dig i ditt arbete.

    Extra meriterande:

    • Tidigare arbetat i liknande roll t.ex mötesbokare, prospektering, säljare B2B eller B2C.
    • Tidigare erfarenhet från start-up
    • Erfarenhet av att jobba med HubSpot, Vainu, Qlik eller andra verktyg som stöttar leadsgenerering
    • 2+ år erfarenhet.
