As a Field Service Engineer, your main responsibility is to repair customer instruments, provide installation, training, service, and repairs at customer premises and service centers. You will also escalate to 2nd level support and ensure customer equipment runs effectively. This role covers Sweden and the Nordic region with occasional overnight stays.

What You Bring:

• Electronic Engineering Diploma or equivalent with a knack for adapting to new technologies.
• Experience in customer-facing roles in the Nordic region, preferably in the Diagnostic market.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in computer systems, including PC-based systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written, with a focus on technical understanding.
