- Drive continuous improvements in computer system validation (CSV).
- Subject matter expert in CSV.
- Communication of used CSV methodology and status in audits.
- Analytic and structured.

- Natural sense of identifying the important details without losing the bigger picture.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Sound general knowledge of IT systems.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of Industry guidelines (GAMP) and regulations (QSR, ISO13485, Part 11, Annex 11, GDPR) for computer system validations.
- Knowledge in risk-based testing methodologies.
- Experience from continuous deployment and agile methodologies from a testing perspective.
