- Perform concept evaluations, development of requirement specifications, design, risk assessments, verification/validation plans, reliability plans and the technical documentation for fulfilling regulatory and QMS requirements.
- Participate and contribute with expertise in customer support and CAPA investigations.
- Evaluate new technology for Single Use sensors, pumps and fluidic components.
- Generate, support, evaluate new ideas and IP.
- Work in a cross functional project team in close collaboration with HW, Ux, application teams, , QA/RA/Customer Regulatory Support, Manufacturing and Service.
- Secure that the designs meet project targets.
- BSc degree in Physics engineering, molecular biology or equivalent experiences with minimum 10 years relevant work experience or more.
- Acting as the technical leader during product development, research activities and technical investigations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the desire to understand design fundamentals and how it should be applied in system development.
- Translating customer requirements to technical solutions.
- Mentoring team members with less experience.
