    Were committed to reshaping the energy landscape with renewable electricity at its core. Our team shares a common goal working together to create a sustainable future. We are now looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Stockholm to fulfill that goal with us.

    Job Summary
    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment life cycle within our organization. This includes sourcing attracting screening candidates coordinating interviews and onboarding successful hires. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent helping to build a highperforming workforce that aligns with our values and strategic objectives.

    The primary focus of this role will be to carry out various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization. These tasks may include managing calendars and scheduling appointments organizing and maintaining documents and files & handling correspondence.

    However we also recognize the importance of continuous learning and development. As you progress in this role we strongly encourage you to explore and gain expertise in the field of talent acquisition.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and develop effective job descriptions that attract diverse and qualified candidates.
    • Utilize various sourcing strategies including job boards networking events and social media platforms to attract potential candidates.
    • Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet the desired qualifications and experience levels.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Perform reference checks background checks and other preemployment verifications as required.
    • Manage the applicant tracking system ensuring accurate and timely updates to candidate records and progress.
    • Support the onboarding process for newly hired employees assisting with paperwork and orientation.
    • Assist in the development and execution of talent acquisition initiatives such as employer branding university partnerships and recruitment events.

    Who you are

    • At least 12 years of experience in recruitment preferably in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and candidates.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Proactive and resourceful approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
    • A genuine passion for talent acquisition and a desire to contribute to the growth of the organization
    • Fluency in English and Swedish is required for this position

    Familiarity with various talent acquisition technologies including applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools are considered a plus.

    We value office collaboration but support remote work. Our office is at Sder Mlarstrand 21 minutes away from Gamla Stan subway station in Stockholm.
