Your role as our Insight Consultant
As our insight consultant, you will have broad role where you will work with coordinating project resources, have close client relationships, and ensure high quality deliveries. You will apply and develop your analytical skills by analyzing & visualizing data and creating concrete recommendations to our clients. You will be expected to define and solve problems that you haven't encountered before and implement solutions in a client context on a daily basis. You will juggle several projects at the same time together with colleagues from other parts of Nepa with different areas of expertise within consumer science.
Nepa primarily helps our clients to develop their brands and market communication but also work with pricing strategy, product innovation and customer experience.
Your profile as our Insight Consultant
We are looking for a team player who is structured and self-motivated with a creative approach to solving problems. You have a genuine interest in solving our clients' challenges together with the client teams and you are not afraid to work hard to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy working hands-on with data analysis to understand consumers and solve our clients' business questions.
You are structured and love keeping track of things and taking responsibility for driving projects and tasks forward.
You have approximately 3-5 years of experience of marketing research from e.g. a marketing research company, consulting firm, insights department or similar.
A few more things
You have a degree within business, economics, engineering, statistics or equivalent
In-depth knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel
Knowledge in statistical software such as SAS, SPSS, R, Python is a bonus but not a requirement
You are fluent in English and Swedish, both in writing and speech
You take pride in your deliveries and always perform at a high level
