- Taking the main lead on supporting our colleagues at the shared Business Service center (BSC) with all questions regarding payroll processes for Sweden and Finland
- Support the HR Business Partner and act as contact point for local HR queries
- Administrating relevant payroll data, preparing and completing payroll payment transactions in the banking system
- Assisting in audits and preparation of year-end statements within area of responsibilities
- Keeping updated on local payroll legislation and tax rules
- Keeping policies and process documentation up to date ensuring compliance
- Academic degree in a similar field of HR, Economy or Business and administration etc.
- 3 years experience in a similar role - preferably in an international or Nordic environment
- Excellent digital skills and experience in the use of MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll
- Excellent written and verbal English and Swedish communication skills
- Ability to easily understand new and different systems
- Experience working with SAP and Wise
- Experience working in an international matrix
- Good and pedagogical communications skills

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Air Liquide is looking for an HR Administrator to join our team in MalmöAs the HR Administrator you play a vital role in ensuring smooth payroll operations for Sweden and Finland together with our Business Service Center (BSC) team in Portugal to process monthly payroll and assists in the daily HR activities. You will be in charge of the execution of HR policies, processes and the display of relevant documents. You are the key contact point for the BSC team to resolve HR administrative queries.
To excel in this role, you master the ability of prioritizing and getting things done in an international environment. You are a self-starter with a proactive attitude who isn't afraid to speak up when spotting chances of improvement of processes. You have great communication skills with the ability to adjust your message to the intended audience as well as using your network effectively across the organization.
In addition to this, you are a motivated teammate, helpful and approachable in guiding our stakeholders. You are curious and looking to learn and grow within your area – eager to develop knowledge to proactively identify, analyze and solve problems independently.
