    Din framtida utmaning

    Test är brett, och vi har utmaningarna för dig oavsett om du vill programmera och skriva automatiserade testfall, eller om du hellre utvecklar CI-pipelines med Zuul/Jenkins och vill implementera verktyg och flöden. Kanske triggar du på BDD och testmetodik? Möjligheterna är många för dig som insett att testningen är utvecklingens exotiska kusin.

    Jobbet består i att utveckla mjukvara som i sin tur testar annan mjukvara eller hårdvara. Det kan också bestå i att utveckla mjukvaruverktyg som stöttar i testprocessen, så som ramverk eller continuous integration-pipelines.

    Vi på Infotiv TechDev söker dig som vill ha rollen som Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET). Du har breda kunskaper och ett kritiskt tänkande. Du gillar att förstå produkten, och kan med ditt kreativa sinne designa nya sätt att sätta produkten på prov. Det du utvecklar blir i sig en mjukvaruprodukt som behöver ha god struktur och kvalitet.

    Den du är idag

    Du har tidigare erfarenhet av antingen CI eller testautomation och skulle gärna fortsätta inom något av de två spåren. Du gillar att felsöka och studera loggar, och tycker att det är häftigt när du lyckas lokalisera orsaken till ett problem. Programmering är en naturlig del av din verktygslåda, som du gärna plockar fram när tillfälle ges. Utöver programmeringen så har du ett par stödverktyg du gillar, samt erfarenhet av Linux.

    Som person är du engagerad och strävar efter att leverera ditt bästa resultat varje gång. Du är kreativ och nyfiken inför uppdragets behov och kan snabbt anpassa dig till olika situationer. Du tycker att det är spännande när allting inte är bestämt på förhand och sporras av att få sätta dig in i nya sammanhang. Du har fenomenal fingertoppskänsla och har förståelse för projektets behov, för att kunna hitta den rätta lösningen för att komma framåt. Du är social och gillar att arbeta i team och ser spännande utmaningar i de möjligheter som erbjuds.

    Du har erfarenhet av följande:

    • Automationsservrar: Zuul, Jenkins, GitLab, el dyl
    • Testramverk: Robot Framework, Selenium, Cucumber, Behave, el dyl
    • Åtminstone ett (1) programmeringsspråk som du kan bra
    Meriterande om du arbetat med något av följande:
    • Embedded SW-utveckling: (realtidssystem, C, C++ eller annan hårdvarunära programmering)
    • Python-utveckling
