- Lead negotiations on terms and conditions with suppliers/subcontractors
- Provide guidance on Westinghouse's application of terms and conditions to the supply chain team
- Act as a primary contact for GSCS, Legal, and product line teams regarding terms and conditions matters
- Support the development of proposals involving the supply chain
- Analyze customer contract requirements and collaborate with legal and sourcing teams to devise commercial approaches
- Review customer contracts to ensure compliance with supplier and subcontractor requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 15 years' experience in project management, power plant market, and supplier/subcontractor terms and conditions
- Desired background in procurement project management and major contract negotiation within the power market
- Experience in the nuclear power industry is advantageous
- Effective communication skills and a history of collaborating with diverse teams
